Compared to most other local nursery settings our prices are at the higher end. This is a consequence of a number of factors. We are not constrained by the school year and timetable. We offer full-time childcare all-day, all-year. We employ a higher proportion of both experienced and higher qualified staff, along with a commitment to up-to-date training, developing resources and forest-school activities. Our focus is to sustain this and improve standards with motivated staff rewarded by fair pay and a share incentive scheme. Cotswold Bunnies Nurseries are not part of a corporate chain, driven by profits for un-involved owners, absent shareholders, or private equity funds.
